By purchasing tickets and entering the "American Journey Experience" museum, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: (scroll down to read all)

1. Prohibition of Food and Drinks:
Food and drinks are strictly prohibited within the museum floor, vault, and restoration areas.

2. Artifact and Display Handling:
Handling of artifacts or displays is allowed only with explicit permission from a museum staff member.

3. Photography and Recordings:
Flash photography and any form of audio or video recordings are strictly prohibited within the museum.

4. Group Guidance:
Groups are required to stay together with their designated tour guide.

5. Advanced Ticketing and Walk-In Tours:
The "American Journey Experience" does not accept walk-in tour requests. All tour participants must be individually ticketed and have paid to participate in advance through the online purchasing portal at https://americanjourneyexperience.com/

6. Tour Cancellation and Refunds:
In the event of a tour cancellation initiated by museum staff, due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be promptly issued to the ticket holders.

7. Right to Refuse Service and Tour Termination:
For the protection of our artifacts and the safety of all visitors, the "American Journey Experience" and its staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

The museum staff may also terminate a tour early without providing a refund to the ticket holder in case of violations of these terms and conditions.

8. Photographic Release: I do herby grant, transfer and convey to Mercury One,Inc. and American Journey Experience, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AJE”) (“Mercury One” and its directors, officers, employees, representative, agents, successors, assigns, and any and all persons or entities on Mercury One’s behalf who may be liable (collectively, “its
Representatives”) all of the Subject’s right, title, and interest in and to all photographic images, video or audio recordings, video or audio reproductions, films and motion pictures, radio or
television broadcasts any other reproductions or depictions (all collectively referred to as the “reproductions”) of the Subject’s activities, or any part thereof, including, without limitation,
pictures and sound of the Subject alone or with other persons through any and all media, whether now known or hereafter discovered. Such right, title and interest include, without limitation, the right to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from the reproductions of the Subject’s activities.
I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE above, and I express my understanding and intent to enter into this Release and Waiver of Liability willingly and voluntarily.

By purchasing tickets and entering the museum, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in ejection from the premises without refund. Thank you for your cooperation in preserving the integrity of the American Journey Experience."
