When lives were marked for certain death, you stepped in and rescued them. When families were trapped in hostile countries, you provided a way out. When Christians and religious minorities were left behind, you chartered planes and reminded them they were not forgotten. When individuals felt their lives had been discarded, you helped them rebuild. When the rest of the world turned a blind eye, you stood up and said—not on our watch.
